Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "the user") and LNPK Business Private Limited ("we", "our", "Scorebook") and govern your use of the Scorebook mobile application and any associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scorebook you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to use Scorebook. You may only request the credit score and credit report of yourself, using your own PAN and identity details. Requesting another person's credit information through the App is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.

3. What Scorebook Is — and Is Not

• Scorebook is an information and tracking tool. It displays a credit score and credit report supplied by a licensed credit bureau.
• Scorebook is not a bank, NBFC, lender, loan broker, or credit repair service, and does not issue credit.
• Scorebook does not provide personalised investment, tax, or financial advice. Insights shown in the App are general information about factors that commonly affect credit scores.
• We do not control your score. Scores are calculated by the credit bureau from data reported by your lenders, and we make no promise that your score will rise as a result of using the App.
• Any loan or credit card offers listed in the App are informational. Approval, pricing and terms are decided solely by the lender.

4. Accuracy of Credit Information

The score and report shown in Scorebook are reproduced as received from the credit bureau. We do not create, verify, or alter that data. If you believe an entry is incorrect, the dispute must be raised with the bureau or the lender that reported it. We will help you identify the correct party but cannot amend bureau records ourselves.

5. Consent to Fetch Your Credit Report

By providing your identity details and tapping the consent confirmation in the App, you authorise us to submit those details to a licensed credit bureau in order to retrieve your own credit score and report, and to refresh it periodically while your subscription is active. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by deleting your account.

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTPs confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@kiranaapps.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Scorebook is provided on a monthly subscription basis at ₹249 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
• Payments are processed via UPI AutoPay or other supported payment methods.
• The subscription auto-renews each month unless you cancel from your UPI app or by contacting our support team.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Scorebook to obtain, view, or store any other person's credit information
• Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or to misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit credit data obtained through the App
• Share your account with parties who have not agreed to these Terms

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5%+ uptime, but Scorebook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Score refreshes also depend on the availability of the credit bureau's systems, which are outside our control. We may temporarily suspend the service for planned maintenance, security updates, or events beyond our control, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LNPK Business Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Scorebook — including any credit decision made by a lender, any inaccuracy in bureau-supplied data, or any action you take based on information shown in the App. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you for that period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users, our service, or our reputation. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion as described on our Delete Account page.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the App or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Scorebook after the new Terms take effect indicates your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
