Delete Your Account

Choose how you'd like to delete your Scorebook account, your stored credit report data, and everything linked to it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Scorebook on your phone.
  2. Tap More → Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Your account, your stored credit report data, and your consent record will be deleted within 7 working days.

Option 2 — Email our support team

If you can't access the app, email support@kiranaapps.com from the email address you registered with, and include:

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Your full name as registered
  • A short note: "Please delete my Scorebook account and all associated data."

For your protection we will verify your identity before acting on the request, and complete deletion within 7 working days. Please do not send your PAN or any other document by email unless our team specifically asks for it.

Option 3 — Call us

You can also speak to our support team at +91 85954 04595 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). We will verify your identity over the phone and process the deletion request.

What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes:

  • Your account profile (name, mobile, email)
  • The identity details used to fetch your credit report, including your PAN and date of birth
  • Your stored credit score history, credit report data, score factors and trend chart
  • Your consent record for future credit report retrieval — no further refreshes will be requested
  • All subscription information

What deletion does not do

Deleting your Scorebook account removes the copy of your data held by us. It does not delete or alter your credit file at the credit bureau, and it does not change your credit score. Bureau records are maintained by the bureau under Indian law, independently of this App.

What we may retain

Even after deletion, we may retain a minimal record of your past transactions (invoice number, payment date, amount), the timestamped record that a consent was given and later withdrawn, and basic technical logs — for as long as required under Indian tax, accounting and regulatory law.
