How much does Scorebook cost?
Scorebook is available on a single monthly plan: ₹249 / month, which unlocks unlimited score refreshes, your full credit report, score factors, alerts, insights and report exports. The subscription auto-renews each month via UPI AutoPay until you cancel. There is no free tier.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside the app or directly via your UPI AutoPay app at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid month. Refer to our Refund Policy for the formal terms.
Is my data safe with Scorebook?
Yes. Your identity details and credit report data are encrypted at rest on our secure infrastructure, and all data in transit is protected by HTTPS / TLS. Your PAN and date of birth are used only to retrieve your own credit report from the bureau. We never sell or share your data with advertisers or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who is Scorebook for?
Scorebook is built for Indian shopkeepers, small business owners, self-employed professionals and salaried individuals who want to keep an eye on their credit health — whether you are planning a business loan, applying for a home or vehicle loan, taking your first credit card, or slowly rebuilding a score after a rough patch.
Does checking my score in Scorebook lower it?
No. When you view your own score it is recorded as a soft enquiry, which does not affect your credit score. Only hard enquiries — made by a lender when you formally apply for credit — can pull your score down. You can refresh in Scorebook as often as you like.
How often is my score updated?
Credit bureaus receive fresh data from lenders roughly once a month, so Scorebook refreshes your score on a 30-day cycle. The dashboard always shows how many days remain until your next update. Between refreshes your report stays available offline in the app.
Something on my report looks wrong. What do I do?
Credit reports are compiled by the bureau from data supplied by your lenders, so corrections have to be raised with the bureau or the lender that reported the entry. Scorebook shows you exactly which account and which lender the entry came from so you can start the dispute. Email support@kiranaapps.com and our team will point you to the right process.
Does Scorebook give loans or financial advice?
No. Scorebook is a credit score tracking tool, not a lender, a broker, or a licensed financial adviser. We show you your score, your report, and general information about what affects credit scores. Any decision about borrowing is yours, and lenders apply their own criteria.
