LNPK Business Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") operates the Scorebook mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you when you use Scorebook. Because Scorebook handles credit information, please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up for Scorebook we collect your name, mobile number, and email address. We use this to set up your account, authenticate you, and provide customer support.

Identity information used to fetch your credit report

To retrieve your credit score and report we collect your full name as it appears on your PAN, your PAN number, date of birth, gender, and registered mobile number. These details are submitted to a licensed credit bureau solely to locate and return your own credit file. We do not use them for any other purpose.

Credit report data

Once retrieved, we store the credit score and report returned by the bureau — including your reported loan and credit card accounts, balances, credit limits, repayment history, and enquiry history — so we can display your dashboard, factors, trend chart, and insights inside the App.

Device and usage data

We automatically collect basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, language) and anonymous usage data (which screens you visit, crash logs) so we can keep the App stable and fix bugs.

2. Your Consent

We fetch your credit score and report only after you give explicit, informed consent inside the App. That consent is recorded with a timestamp. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account — see our Delete Account page. Withdrawing consent stops any further retrieval of your credit information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and operate your Scorebook account
• To retrieve your credit score and credit report from a licensed credit bureau, with your consent
• To display your score, score factors, trend chart, report and insights
• To send you alerts when your score changes or a new entry appears on your report
• To process subscription payments through UPI AutoPay
• To respond to support enquiries and notify you of important changes
• To improve the App and fix crashes

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Identity fields such as your PAN are stored in encrypted form. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised LNPK personnel on a need-to-know basis. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or your credit data to any third party, and we do not share your credit report with lenders, brokers, or advertisers. We share data only with:

• The credit bureau — the identity fields required to retrieve your own report, with your consent
• Infrastructure and payment providers strictly to operate the App and collect your subscription
• Authorities if required to do so by valid Indian law (court order, subpoena, regulatory request)
• You — through the screens, alerts and report exports inside the App

Any loan or credit card offers shown inside the App are informational listings. We do not pass your report or your contact details to a lender unless you explicitly choose to apply and give separate consent at that point.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access or correct your account information from inside the App
• Export your credit report as a PDF
• Withdraw your consent for credit report retrieval
• Request deletion of your entire Scorebook account by emailing support@kiranaapps.com or via our Delete Account page

Please note that Scorebook cannot itself correct information held by a credit bureau. Disputes about entries on your report must be raised with the bureau or the lender that reported them; our support team can guide you to the right process.

7. Children

Scorebook is a financial tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the App or by email. Continued use of Scorebook after the changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
