How much does Alert Soundbox cost?
Alert Soundbox is ₹199 or ₹249 per month (depending on the offer shown to you). The subscription auto-renews every month via UPI AutoPay until you cancel. There is no free tier.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from inside the app under Settings → Subscription, or by cancelling the UPI AutoPay mandate directly from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.). Access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
Is my data safe with Alert Soundbox?
Yes. All payment data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We store data on Google Firebase — the same infrastructure used by many of India's largest fintech apps. We never share, sell, or rent your data to advertisers or any third party. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.
