GST Calculator — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GST Calculator app ("the App") published by LNPK Business Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Free Use

The App is provided to you free of charge. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no payment required. We may introduce paid features in future versions; if and when that happens, free features that exist today will remain free.

2. No Account

The App does not require any account, login, sign-up, or contact information. You can use it anonymously.

3. Calculation Accuracy

The App is provided as a convenience tool to help you compute GST quickly. Although we make every effort to keep the formulas correct and the percentage presets aligned with the current GST regime, you should always verify any figure used for tax filing, invoicing, or compliance against the latest guidance from the GST Council or your tax advisor.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App; (b) redistribute the App without our written permission; or (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: the App does not collect personal information and all calculation data stays on your device.

6. Updates and Discontinuation

We may release updates that change features, add functionality, or fix bugs. We may also choose to discontinue the App at any time. We are not required to maintain the App indefinitely.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, icons, and code, is owned by LNPK Business Pvt Ltd and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any computed figure will be suitable for a particular tax or legal purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to losses arising from tax filings made on the basis of figures computed by the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
